Hi everyone and Happy New Year to all of you! I am kinda late but like they say,better late than never!

I'd like to introduce our LITTLE BABY GIRL "BELLA"! Isn't she a cutie,she's only 2 months old,spoiled rotten and adorable!

We have been away for almost 3 weeks that is why I've been absent,than got a bad cold...you know how it is. And now I'm busy with this little one trying to train her...it's not as easy as I thought,lol. But in the long run,it'll all be worth it!

I'm so sorry to not visit or post more often. I have no excuse,and don't know why I have no time,I don't do anything different than I used to do. I'm not going to say I'll be here more often cause that would be a lie,lol.
But I hope you are all ready for the Big Day!
We are going away to visit my husband's family for 2 weeks,it should be very interesting. We will be 7 in a van...need I say more,hehe.
It might be the best Chirstmas we ever had,who knows. Anyways,on to the card...

It's too bad the shot isn't good (as usual) the wh cs is covered with a dryer sheet (used) and has diamond glitter on it,it looks so pretty IRL.

Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a great friday,for all you working out of the home peeps,you must be happy it's the end of the week.

Here's another quick card,the cs & dp is SU,the Sentiment is inkidinkado (not sure how to spell that) and the ribbon is from Mr. Michael's.

I am trying to make some french xmas cards and have no nice wording for the inside of the cards. So I went and googled and found some nice ones which I printed out on my puter and now I can make some half decent fr xmas cards.
So off I go...oh I also started taking out some decorations,found stuff I didn't know I had,lol.

Woohoo,2nd day in a row of posting! I finally managed to take pics of some of the cards I have been making recently. Of course they're all xmas cards,simple ones too so I can mail them at a resonable price.
These are all SU products except the red pearl. The dp is from last year,I still have some so I must use it all this yr,so you'll see it alot. And I made many cards using the bauble punch,I love it!

A simple Joyeux Noel!

Here we go,I've been super busy with xmas card nights with some customers and so now I will have lots of xmas cards to show you all.
This is all SU product with some white heat embossing,they really liked this one,it was simple and easy to do except for the messy Diamond Dazzling leaves,lol. The picture doesn't do the card justice but you know me with cameras and computers...not for me.

Sure hope you are all doing well,I've been doing amazing the last 10 days,I just can't believe it,I think I'm finally healing from my transplant!
Thank the LORD! I talk to him everyday and HE has helped me through all of this!

My oh My! I can't believe how I don't have or take the time to get on here! I'm so embarassed!
If it's not thing it's another. And I've been busy making lots of xmas cards for a craft weekend in a local mall,my monthly card class and I've had 2 stamp a stack lately. So lots of cutting,gluing and busy busy busy. But I love it so much!

This was a card i made quite some time ago. Now when i find time to pics of all the xmas cards,i'll have lots to post.

Watch out...2 posts in the same week! I can't believe it!

Well,I still have a few scrapbook pages to do and then I have to start getting ready for a Stamp a Stack I'll be having on Nov. 5th. I'm so excited!

So today's card is pretty simple,flowers we're embossed with white powder and I sponged the white one and popped it up. Sometimes less is more,I really like how it turned out.

I'm so sorry for not visiting and not posting! I just can't seem to get organized and in a routine of what I was doing before. I have been doing Tops scrapbooking pages from years of pictures they've collected and cards here and there. But gee, I can't wait to get back into the swing of things.
I miss all of you and have been visiting here and there but not commenting. I promise,I will get this under control some how,lol.

On to my card,one of my favorites,an easel card,love the bright colors,it's from a sparkly pad (don't have the name right now) and I made it for a friend of mine.
I really like how it turned out.

Christmas Step Cards

Oh my goodness,where has the time gone!!! I've been such a bad blogger the last few months! I just can't keep up,renos,trying to walk with a friend,errands,cleaning,trying to make cards...it never ends. The summer has come and gone and we didn't get to go camping whatsoever.
Maybe things will get better now that parts of the house has been renovated,hopefull DH will not start another project. I shouldn't complain cause most men I know wouldn't have done what my hubby has done in such a short time. But you know how it is to live in dust and dirt and no shower for a week...ya,we had to go to my BIL's to wash. But it looks great and things are better!

Anyways,with all that said,I made a few of these step cards,I should of taken a pic sideways,they look really neat.
I'm hoping to be able to get back to visit all of you really soon! Just wanted to let you know,besides the migraine,things are well!

Hey everyone!!! Yes I'm still out and about,gee whiz,where has the summer gone??? I've been busy and somewhat sick,nothing serious,but when I thought I was better,other health issues started. But I'll get them fixed soon I hope.
I haven't created much lately,been working in this house of ours,it's hard to renovate an old house isn't it.
These surprises keep popping up,Thank God,I HAVE A HANDYMAN!
Anyways,onto my card,I made a quick card the other day just to say I played and relaxed so much and I also used some old scraps (which I have a ton of).
Today,we are leaving for our camper,I remember 2 yrs ago,we we're there every weekend,this year and last year we went maybe 4 times througout the whole summer. So this weekend we are running away from the renos and they better not find us,lol!

Where do I begin!!! First off,sorry for not popping in here for soooo long!
So much has happened in the last month,back in March my DH left the building where he was working as a superintendent. We moved into his brother's house which he was renting.It's an older home but on July 1st we decided to buy it and do some renos. Well one thing led to another,we have,well my husband has,done so much work.
Working long hrs days in days out. I have been doing lots of cleaning and more cleaning and it's never ending. Needless to say,I was without a computer for many weeks,now my stamp room is back to somewhat normal,it's been renovated.
Then on July 17th we drove to Toronto to see Josh Groban in concert and we got to touch him,he gave my hubby a hug!!!!! It was so special,wow! what a concert.
The next day we went to London for my FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY CHECK UP! It was all good news,they are concerned with low plaletes but other than that,everything is pretty much back to normal. So it was an emotional journey!!!!
I don't know when I will be posting back to normal,but I sure do miss you all!!!! Just wanted to pop in to let you know,that things are going well. I will try to post and visit more in the near future! Hope you are all doing well my friends,take care!

Hey everyone! Yes,I'm still alive and kickin'! I haven't posted in almost a month,that's terrible!

Life has been good,bad,weird,ups,downs...I could go on forever but hey,it's life! I haven't created much but did manage to finally use my new punch. Got away with easy peasy but at least I made something.

I've been really struggling with my weight so I try to walk but when I walk I'm soar in the abdomen for a couple of days then I get discouraged...just can't win!
I haven't blogged or visited,just been in a rutt,so it's time to wake up & smell the coffee Diane! I still go to my weight support group (Tops) every week,thank goodness cause I think I would weigh much more. I will try to visit a few of my friends in blog land as much as I can except this weekend we are going to the camp on friday morning as it is Canada Day,a long weekend!

Hello everyone! Haven't posted in awhile. Been swamped with migraines!!! Urghhhh!!!! I finally went to the dr's and she prescribed me something for them,so I can't wait to see if it'll help the next time I get one.

So last night I had Stamp Night with my Ladies!!
And this is what we made with the Strength and Hopes set in the Mini Cat (SU). We made the card which was pretty simple and the little purse with the top note die which holds a gift card inside. Added some ribbon for the handles and used velcro to keep it closed,they just loved it. We also made another card with the set and a favor bag. I just love those nights,we get to gab,laugh and create!!!

Camping season has started again,so I'll be away every weekend. We'll be able to relax this year,not waiting for the call!!!! It will make such a huge difference. So until next time my friends!

I just love this new set from SU,it is one that will be used often. Unfortunately we know so many family and friends that have been touched with this evil illness (cancer) and with purchasing this set,SU will give $2. to the Cancer Society with each set purchased. I went in the liliacs and pinks and added some Cotton Candy Stickles which you can't really see in the pic.

Happy Friday!!!!

Here's an easel card that we made at Stamp Night on wednesday. I wanted to make a Father's Day card and boy oh boy,I don't have any Man Stamps!!!
So I went with Loads of Love set and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. We used the brayer in barely banana & then went at the top used crushed curry. Added some brads for the tire caps and also the hardware for the inside of the card.

I'll be away for the weekend so no posting or visiting for me.
I'll be telling you all about my weekend next tuesday,I'm sure I'll have lots to tell!!!

Birdie flying to a challenge!

Here's my tweetie from Doodle Pantry again! I just love this bird,he makes me smile everytime I see him!

I'm entering this cutie in the MTC5 Challenge:DEW DROPS, I know, like Jen said,they are old,but why not use the ones we have. So I made the sky from sponging with a template I made myself so that my little bird looks like he's falling from the sky. And used a scrap to run through my label nestie instead of a ribbon and the sentiment is from SU set "Bliss",so are the cs & punch.Oh and if you go to Jen's blog,there's also a nice FREE SENTIMENT you can download!!

So I had a great evening with 2 ladies at my stamp night,
we made 2 cards which was lots of fun and yapped yapped yapped!

Well,tomorrow the weekend is upon us once again and DH & I are leaving saturday for a short weekend get away to visit my friend Anne. Oh I can't wait to see her face,it's a surprise!!! Until tomorrow!

Hi there everyone! Hope you all had a Wonderful Mother's Day to all you Moms out there!
Here it was sunny but chilly,I brought my Mom some nice decorations at the cemetary and had my cry. Today is a better day!

Here is a little set of Thank You cards I made for my Mentor.I use a nestabilitie to create the shape of the card and added the Butterfly stamp from SU on the envie.
She doesn't follow my blog so I'm safe to post this. Her family is celebrating her 10th Transplant Anniversary on sunday the 15th and it is also her Birthday!!! So guess who we'll be surprising on the 15th!!! Oh I can't wait! So I'm putting together a basket of all kinds of things,note books,candle,candies,cup and those butterflies i made a while back. I need a few more things to put in there but when I'm all done,I'll take a pic to show you.

It's an 8 hr drive from here but it'll be worth the drive! I was talking to her last weekend and was telling her that the weekend of the 15th we'll be opening up our camper for the season but it's not true,hehe!!! I'm so excited,it'll be really quick,drive there saturday,the party is on sunday and we come back monday. My DH offered to drive me there and to do this,he's the best!

Anyways,those Thank you cards will be going in that basket as well.There's only four but she'll put them to good use. She loves hand made things!

My this is such a WONDERFUL weekend!

It was our 11th Wedding Anniversary yesterday so DH and I went on a dinner date and then went to a local comedy play which we enjoyed so much.
We hadn't gone a date in so long,why do we wait for an occasion I don't know. But we'll def have to do this more fun.

We planned to go to our camp ground this morning to set up the outside stuff,pull out the extension and putter around,so I did a bit of blog surfing before head out of course and as I was visiting Jeanette's blog,I read on and find out that I WON her BLOG CANDY!!! Now that's the way to start your saturday!

If you haven't been on Jeanette's blog,you should head on out there,she does AMAZING work! Thanks again Jeanette!!!

Now enough yapping from me,lol! On to my card...Another cutie from Doodle Pantry. I just love this bird,he just puts a big smile on my face. I colored this one in a light blue,added a bit of yellow in his wing and tail and sponge yellow all around the image. He's popped up on 3 nesties and then I used the iron fence MS punch. The sentiment is also from Doodle Pantry punched out with SU punches.Added some bling again and voila!

Here's a card I made for a Challenge at Doodle Pantre DPDC12,it's a pretty easy challenge to follow. All you have to do is to use one of their digis. I had purchased this one a couple weeks ago,just LOVE him.
This card is for a cancer survivor and she went for a check up and had good news so I think this is perfect! It's a precolored image,oh too cute!

So if you want to play along,they are giving out a free image just to play along,so go ahead and visit them,they have some new releases today that are so precious! Doodle Pantry is where to go!

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful week!The weekend is upon us once again! We had awful cold weather,still got some snow yesterday and early this morning but they are calling for 18 tomorrow...YAY!

For this card I used an old wish rak image I rec'd quite a while back.Used a nestie for the image and embellished it with bling and pearls,added some stickles to her wings and clouds. At the end there was missing something in the top right corner,so I added a swirl. I think it looks ok.
Inside,there's a sentiment that says "EVERY CLOUD HAS ANGELS"
I would like to enter this card in the DCC4 Challenge which is SWIRLS

Fast & simple for my stash

Here's a card for my stash.
Used up some odds and ends,some new paisley dp from SU,used 2 diff border punches,embosses some flowers in white from the Greenhouse garden set and the sentiment is from Short & sweet set,added some orange bling and it makes a cute little card for my stash.

Oh I hope the weather is better than here where you are! It's been cold and miserable with rain & snow,oh dear I can't wait for the sun to be here forever! I don't know about you but I find it hard to create with this kind of weather.
Oh well,maybe it'll be better tomorrow.

I'll be watching the BIG WEDDING tomorrow,just can't wait to see that! They are so sweet together!

Butterflies for my mentor!

Oh my I'm sooooo excited! Look at these cuties!
I'm making them for my mentor!
As most of you know I had my liver transplant last July and through my long journey I had a MENTOR, her name is Anne.
Well Anne is CELEBRATING HER 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF HER GIFT OF LIFE! She was there through the good times and bad,when I had questions she could answer them cause she had gone through what I was going through. She was our rock through the waiting period and when I rec'd the tx,she was there for my husband. She is our Angel!!!

She lives in Toronto,(8 hrs from where I live) she doesn't know but my husband & I will be attending her dinner celebration. So I thought I would make these little darlings in all sorts of colors and inside it reads "HAPPY 10TH ANNIVERSARY ANNE! And in the back I added the date with another butterfly punch. I know she will appreciate this,she loves the cards I send her and keeps each and everyone of them. I love surprises and can't wait to see her face!!!!!

I'm waiting to see how many people will be attending,I'll probably need to make many more and I'm happy to do so. Imagine that,she had her liver transplant 10 yrs ago!!!!!! I'm so happy for her and hope I'll be celebrating my 10 th as well.

So this is what I spent the afternoon doing. I must take a break now,they are so cute,I love them. What do you think? Will she like them,the symbol of a transplant is the BUTTERFLY!

I just had to try to make one of these,cause you know me and butterflies! I saw them on Roxy's blog which she had a link to where to get the tutorial,so away I went to Bronwyn's blog's. My she does beautiful work! Do drop by to see her work.

So today as I have nothing to do,well I would have lots of housework to do but decided to play instead. So I think I will make some of these beauties in different colors and embossing folders to keep on hand. They are very small,they are made from the SU Beautiful Butterflies dies,oh I just love it!!!

I sponged it in Old Olive,one of my fav colors (green) and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes mounted on the SU punch.Oh and the brad is also SU.

I'm not a quitter!

Hi everyone! Well like the Title says,I'm not a quitter,lol!
I've been eating chocolate soooo much and I see it on my hips,now I have to start weening off of it,cause first of all,I don't want to be diabetic and 2nd of all,I've gained 9 lbs since xmas. So it's time to get serious about this before 10 lbs becomes 20 and so on! Anyways,I know what to do,it's to do it!

On to the card...it's the SU set Eat Chocolate,used my label punch and made a background punch in choc brown. The dp is from a 6x6 pack and the sentiment is stamped in close to cocoa on confetti cs. Added some brown brads and a sentiment inside and voila. Simple and easy!

Last night my friend Paulette came over,we had a great time chatting and checking some blogs and techniques and ideas. We didn't create anything but it was fun anyways!

Hey everyone! It's already Monday night,gee time flies by doesn't it. I had a lazy weekend,didn't do much and I'm more tired than anything. Oh well,for my card today,I used Elegant Eggplant cs and ink,also used Lavender Lace ink and pear pizzaz for the leaves and stem. The flower is from the set Punched Posies and the Sentiment is Live Laugh Love set. All SU product except the nestie. The dp is an old one from SU,can't remember the name of it. I have a couple of friends coming over tonight to make a couple cards,should be fun. Always good gossip going on,lol! Hope to get some blog surfing done tomorrow,after house work of course. A Happy B'day tent card

Hi everyone,hope you are all having a great week. It's almost the weeken again, I just can't believe it. It seems that I don't get anything done,but yet the days go by so quick! So this is a B'day card I made for a friend of mine. She really liked a Tent card I had shown her,so I decided to make her one. She also knows how important Butterflies are to me,so I'm sure she will love the dp and the SU & MS punches,in the tent part I stamped the square HB sentiment from Punch Bunch SU and also used the SU punch to punch it out. (That's alot of punches in one phrase isn't it,lol) I hope she will like it,her b'day is on the 19th,gee we're getting old,but young at heart!

This is a side view of the card to show you that it's a Tent Card.

Pumpkin Pie

Here's another card from Saturday. No I didn't make a Pumpkin Pie,hehe! Pumpkin pie all the way! Used the frame punch for the sentiment,sponged around it. Then used the heart punch with the hostess punch potpourri set,sponged it around also. Did another punch in PP and the back punch is MS. I forgot to take a pic of the inside,but I added a wh cs and stamped some lovely flowers in the corner. That is it,simple and oh so pretty! So today I have a cleaning at the dentist,yay! Then maybe a little of playing time. Oh I have to decide what we're going to make for dinner. Wish we could just take a pill instead of all this food,lol! Have a super monday! Hugs,Diane

This one was one of their favorites! Well I had my ladies over yesterday and it was such a blast! We made 8 cards and a little treat bag. They really enjoyed making all the cards,working with diff tools,loved it,so they said! They got here at 12:15 and left at 4:45,it was so funny,one lady that had never made cards before,she didn't want to leave,lol! She asked when the next one was,lol~! Now onto the card,I love the effect of inking the brayer on the CB embosser,added a ribbon and a few punches and also used the butterflie die cut. I just love the vintage effect that the ink made. There's one thing that isn't SU which is the laced butterfly (MS) & the folder (CB)but all other products are SU! CS-Soft Suede,Pretty in Pink Ink-Soft Suede So now I'm off to clean yesterday's mess,not as much fun! Have a great Sunday! Hugs,Diane

Here's my girlie card. I made an easel card using a Lily of the Valley image (Wish Rak) I love their stamps but don't own one of them,so I was really happy to receive this one. I didn't put a sentiment yet,not sure what I'll use it for. It's too bad you can't see the glitter in the wings and the glossy accent on the bow and her slippers. Real cute IRL! I've got a busy weekend ahead...I'm participating in a Dance-a-thon tonight to raise money for a new women shelter that opened in town. I raised $84.00, and am suppose to dance for 3 hrs. I told the organization that i rec'd a tx 8 months ago,so I will dance as long as I can but I know I won't last 3 hrs. So totally understood and we're happy that I am still participating. Then my card stack on saturday,that'll be so much fun. Four ladies are coming so lots of gabbing and card making! And on Sunday I have to go and try some clothes for a Fashion Show that I'll be in on next Tuesday,another fun event!!!! LIFE IS GREAT!!!! Hugs,Diane

Don't you just love this new dp from SU! It's just beautiful I think! I used all SU product except the 2 baby blue bling on each side of the sentiment. So it's almost the weekend once again. Days are just flying by,it's morning and then time to go to bed again. What's up with that! Must be cause I'm getting older,lol. I just finished coloring a wish rak image that I rec'd a little while back. I haven't made a girlie card in awhile so I might just attemt to do that this afternoon. Oh boy,it looks like there was a tornadoe in here! I've been making cards all day,actually I made 5 of them and oh I'm so excited! I have 4 ladies that will be coming over on saturday for a card stack,I think that's what they call it. Anyways,so that's what I did all afternoon until 8 pm (I did have dinner though,15 mins). I got 7 cards ready for 5 ladies (just in case someone brings an extra person). And I made a little bag which I will give to a lucky lady with some goodies in it. Oh I can't wait! This card isn't one for saturday,it's a card I made yesterday with some left overs which will go in my stack. Again I used the same dp and made a little bird from SU's bird punch,added some dollar heart brads,a sentiment and embossed the card base with a CB folder. I had such a productive day,did some dusting,washed my floors,threw a stew in the crockpot (love to do that,cause then you have dinner ready while doing all kinds of stuff)...played for the rest of the day. Not sure what I'll do today,I do have to go to the bank and then Tops meeting at night. I guess I should take it easy,don't want to pay for doing too much,lol! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! We had a quiet one which was good. I did manage to make a couple of cards,it felt so good! I used the SU Bird punch to make a rose which I saw on Frenchie's blog (Thanks France!). It is all SU,Melom mambo cs and ink,corner punch,label punch,ribbon and dp. I bought the dp a good sale price in SU's clearance last yr,so I have lots still to use. Just love that paper. Added some pink pearls (oops not SU) and Voila! Look what I got in the mail yesterday!!! It sure made my day since I was in bed with a REALLY BAD MIGRAINE! It lasted for 2 days,I thought it would never end! Funny how I woke up this morning and it was all gone,Thank goodness! So DH went to get the mail and this pretty planner that I won from Angel's blog was in the mail! Isn't it gorgeous,it's a 2 year planner,I just love the colors she used and to top it off...there's a beautiful butterfly! Thanks so much Angel,I've already put in my important appts in it! Angel has an awesome blog just like you all do my friends so if you'd like to pay her a visit,you'll see her great talent! Hope you all have a super friday! Happy tuesday peeps! I made a card last night,one of my favs,an easel card. The card base is SU soft suede & I used the Greenhouse garden set stamped in soft suede and crushed curry,the For you is also stamped in soft suede mounted on creamy caramel cs. I also made a flower from the Build a blossom set for the inside of the card. Added a ribbon and voila. It took longer to make that flower than it did to make the whole card,lol. So not much planned for today. Since we moved here a week ago,I am getting alot of pain in my joints,this house is an older home and very humid. And I woke up with a MIGRAINE today!!!! It's monday already,where did the weekend go??? Well,I got to play a bit on sunday evening. Made a couple of cards. This one is from the SU Just believe set, I seem to use this one quite often. I used some older cs I had from SU,and Heat embossed the flowers and saying in glittery black (looks real nice IRL). Added a sating ribbon & some black pearls and there you have it! I think it turned out pretty nice. So today we did alot of running around,changing addresses and groceries and now I'm sitting down enjoying a cup of coffee,(love my Kurig coffee machine) and now I will try to visit some of my friends and maybe see if I can enter a challenge,haven't done that in such a long time. We're all moved!!!!

Well I'm still alive!

I hadn't moved in 9 1/2 yrs and hope not move again anytime soon. Gee I hate moving,especially when you are just renting. Maybe next time we move it'll be ours. We're almost all settled in,we had lots of help and my DH is doing all the hard work and won't let me do any lifting or stretching.

I haven't played yet but this was a card I had done before we decided to move,it was done so quick!
My DH had to quit for health reasons,he's OK,but will need some time to get his health back on track.
And that meant getting out of that building which he took care of for almost 9 yrs.

Anyways,on to the card...It's one of my new SU set
Easter Blossoms which was stamped on the Top note die and used Melon Mambo cs and inked the little girl in the same ink color. Used MS icicle punch to do the grass and the ribbon is from Michaels. So I hope to be able to play again soon,my room is almost all set up. There's a big window and a patio door to the backyard,therefor lots of light in here which I love!

Happy Saturday my friends!

Today's card is all SU product. I've been using some old & new products I have,experimenting,having fun.
I used the 2 step technique,not sure if you can see it in the pic,the flowers on the crumb cake cs are stamped in pumpkin pie and crumb cake,the dp are scraps I had,punches are all SU and the sentiment is from oh I have to check...Whimsical Words,I should of known that,I use that set so often,just love it!
I lied,it's NOT all SU,the border punch isn't. I did not own one SU border punch but did receive one on thurs in my order so I will use it in the future.

Not much planned this weekend for us. Maybe I'll get to play a bit,not sure.
Watching the news is so depressing,those poor people in Japan. Lets pray for them!

Build a Blosson in Blue!

Happy Friday!

A quick post for today,so many things to do!

I got my SU order on wed and this is one of the sets in there,I couldn't wait to get it "Build a Blossom". As for inking the petals,I used pacific point for the outside and the inside was sponged with tempting turquoise,I added some navy ribbon and brad and the dp is from a pad I rec'd in my starter kit. I also sponged the contour of the confetti white cs in navy blue. Oh and I
used my new SU corner punch on the dp and will add a sentiment when needed!

I wish I was a Butterfly...

Beautiful butterflies!!! You know how much I love butterflies and some of you know what they mean to me!
Thinking of my Donor,I made this card with he or she in mind.This is the card I had embossed with my homemade
template. I added some dp butterflies over it and some SU dies in cs. Used my gel pen for the dots and a couple of brads. You can't see it in the pic,but I sponged the contour
of the card in white,didn't put a sentiment,will wait to see
what I'll use the card for.

DH & I had a crazy stressful couple of days...hope it gets better!
Tomorrow is friday,that's a good thing!

Reveal to my Secret Pal

Well,I made another stationary box. The ladies at Tops just loved the 2 that I brought in for a donation. Some ladies asked if I would sell some.Wellllll for the amount of time put into them,they would never pay the price. So I will make them once in awhile as gifts. This one is for my Secret Pal which we are revealing tonight. I noticed last week she really liked the ones I brought in so I decided to make her one. Hope she likes it!

Here's a little sample of what's inside.

I used some old SU paper i had been hoarding,love it. I added a post it note instead of a note book like the other set I had done.

It's a beautiful sunny day,but I'm going for a snooze,just drained out today and don't know why cause I haven't overdone anything.

Sometimes you just have to listen to your body,and he's telling me to go for a snooze,so I'm going to listen for once,lol!

Is Spring here yet?

Well Monday is here again! And it's a nice and sunny here in Timmins! Cold but sunny!

So today's card is s Spring one,I can't wait for those tulips to come out,first sign of Spring to me! It's been a long winter and we still have a couple of months of it too!
I get to enter it in a challenge which I haven't done in a long time,BY THE CUTE & GIRLY monthly challenge this month is SPRINGTIME,i think this qualify.

So for today's card I used a WOJ image from SCS colored with Pro Markers.The papers are old and don't know where I got them,the cs is SU groovy guava which I still have. The sentiment is from Michael's,used a nestie which I spunged in Pumkin pie,so is the sentiment,added some bling and a couple of punched flowers to hold my easel card open and voila.

Hope you'll have a great day! I have a headache so I'll take it easy,try to finish off some 3x3 notes which I need to finish off another stationary box I started yesterday.

Happy Saturday my friends!

Takes alot of patience to glue all these Itsy BittyBits! I bought the set quite some time ago and never did anything with it. So I finally took it out.
Used all SU products,The sentiment is from the Sale-a-bration,used cherry cobler cs and ink,
punched the butterfly in white and sponged it,added some pearls and a bling on the butterfly.
Ta-da,another simple card,not the gluing part though,lol!

Today I plan to clean a bit in here,cause i can only see part of the screen,can't see the desk at all,but hey,I got alot of cards done!
That's a good thing right!!!

Happy Friday!!! Can you believe it! I can't...

Well today's card is a simple one but I really like it. Less is More like they say,the image is a colored digi from the Help Katie package that I had purchased. I love those flowers,they look 3-D
don't they. The cs is SU old olive and the ribbon is also SU.

So I did the bloodwork this morning,didn't want to get up but I have no choice. So I was out the door at 6:45,out of there by 8:00,came back home and went back to bed til 9:30. Had to run errands at the bank,get prescriptions...then came back home. Gee whiz,now I'm ready for a nap,but won't do that cause I won't sleep tonight.Just can't win huh! Lol! HAPPY BEARTHDAY!

Here's a little Bearthday card for a little girl,which little girl,I don't know yet but I'm sure I'll use it eventually!

It's the Beary Best Friends set from SU and the Sentiment is also from SU,Beary Nice Wishes. I paper pieced her dress,hat,balloon and gift bag to match the dp bg. The tag is a nestie tied up with a brown org ribbon.

I was suppose to go for my monthly bloodwork this am but just couldn't get up. I've been having a hard time with my sleeping AGAIN,so I def have to go tomorrow morning. I try everything,less coffee,tea,warm bath...if I don't take my full sleeping pill (which I am trying to get off of),I just can't sleep. Oh well,it's a small price to pay to be alive!!!! At least I can try to sleep whenever I want to,I'm still not back at work,so it makes it easier on me.

Card for my DONOR FAMILY!

Good day everyone!

On saturday night,I finally got to write my Thank You letter to my Donor Family! It wasn't easy,so many emotions,good and bad,happy and sad. I cried so much as I was writing it but they we're good and bad tears,so tough!
I had tried many times before but the words just wouldn't come out but on saturday,it all came together.
It took me an hour and I could of wrote for 3 hrs,but didn't want to bore them so i kept it shorter. I wrote in the letter that I hope to hear from them one day,but I'll hope for the best. As I celebrate life,they are grieving. So I must respect their wish,sometimes the Donor Family never respond to the recipient,I just hope and pray that I can learn more about this WONDERFUL PERSON THAT GAVE ME LIFE!
Please say a prayer for me,for them,that we will one day meet!

Hope you like my card,but most of all,I hope they will love it!

Nothing like a good cup of java!

Good morning monday my friends! Hope you all had a fanstastic weekend even though they are always so short!

We went to 2 of Gavin's hockey game on sunday.
And oh boy we're they awesome! Their 1st game they lost 6-4, Gavin made 3 goals & 1 assist.
The 2nd game they won 5-0,Gavin made 4 goals and 1 assist! We are so pround of him,he's such a good little player! So now they will play for the Championship next Sunday out of town!!!

Now on to my card,it's a simple card for my stash.
I used a SU wheel Take a Sip for the coffee cups at the top & bottom in night of navy,added some navy
cs and scrap dp. For the cup of coffee,it's an old emboss folder I've had for ages,so i just sponged it lightly,added some white pen on some of the cups and saucers. And voila!

Another day to play

Well this is what I spent my day making! Another stationary box . I should of left the front without the pink env, I don't like it as much but really love the inside of the box....

I made again 4 Greeting cards,4-2"x3 1/2 notes,

4-3x3 notes,a note pad with pen.

These are fun to make but very time consuming.

I think I'm good for awhile,lol!

Too bad the pics aren't the best,cause the flower dp is all glitter,so pretty. It takes me 5 hrs just to make the cards & notes,but it was fun! I like to embellish!

My first attempt at a Stationary Box! I really like how it turned out!

Oops my stamps fell out of it's slot,lol. So this is the stationary box when you open it. I know you've propably seen these many yrs ago,but I had never attempted to make one of these.And I really enjoyed it.

This is what's in it,4 greetings cards,4 3x3 notes,

4 tags,a pen,and a little note pad.

I just loved to make this,might make another one today. Now that I know what goes where and what to cut,it'll take me alot less time. I'll be donating them to my TOPS Club for a fund raiser they are having.

Well hubby is gone all day today,and we're invited at my brother in law's for dinner...THAT MEANS I CAN PLAY ALL DAY!!!!YAY!!!!!

So have a fabulous saturday and I'll get crackin' in my play room,in my pj's,my cup of coffee,I'm all set!!!

I made myself a butterfly template and tried it on this cd,

it came up really good.

I'm sure you've seen and know how it's done. So today I'm going to work on making this card prettier,I just wanted to show you how it came out.

So it's friday again!!! I know most of you are anxious for friday to enjoy your weekend. But to me fridays are just like any other day,when you don't work,you aren't as anxious for the weekends as when you do have a long hard week at work.

My SU class went sooooo well!!!!

Sorry for the awful pic! But I really wanted to post something and it's the only pic I could take of something I recently did.
It's a gum pack wrapper,I used some left over dp
from previous cards,really fun to make and makes a pack of gum so personal and pretty!

Well my SU class went really well!!! Actually one lady cancelled ( I had only invited 3) cause I didn't how I would do,but they said I did well!
I was nervous and don't know why,Shannon is my niece,and Annie is a wonderful friend and she brought her Grand daughter (she really enjoyed it).
They really loved the cards we made and asked when the next one was. SO THAT'S GOOD!
So I'll be placing my first order tomorrow,so exciting! And one of my ladies might host a workshop!

Happy B'day to my aunt

Hey there! Happy Wednesday already! I say it again,the days are just flying by too quickly! Life is too short it seems,so if you have plans and goals,try to make and achieve when possible cause you might never have time!!

Now on to my card,It's my aunt's 80th B'day next week and my cousins planned a dinner at a buffet restaurant on March 5th. So it'll be fun to see the family,even though we all live in the same town,you know how life gets. We never make time to see each other which is sad.

So I used all SU products (except the big scallop,CB embosser and the bling) I hope she likes it!

Had a rought time sleeping AGAIN! Gee don't you hate that,but I've been like this for yrs. It's getting very annoying! I've tried so many things...chronic fatigue is just no fun. Oh well,maybe tomorrow!!!!

Here is a card for my ladies tomorrow,my first SU demonstartion,workshop or class,whatever you want to call it. This is some older dp,raspberry tart,i love that paper!
And the stamps are SU's Just Believe and Well Scripted stamped in rose red,added the ribbon and some pearls on the SU butterfly punch and voila. I think they'll enjoy making these 2 cards,what do you think?

This is a sample I rec'd in my starter kit as a first card to make for my first workshop. It's great and I will be using it for sure. Just changed it a bit,see below photo.

I added and changed it a bit. Moved the image to the right a bit and added some flowers on the cs.

Hey my friends! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We had fun watching Gavin play hockey,even though they didn't win the tournament,it was all good!

I hadn't made a girly card in sooo long! I miss making them! I used Flutter Anya which I got as a Wish Rak,isn't she cute. I used some scraps,the pic doesn't do the card much justice but hey,I ain't any expert at photography and never will be. It's all in purples and pinks,and colored her with some Promarkers

Well,this afternoon I got 2 cards ready for 3 ladies that are suppose to come to see what SU is all about on Wed. Wish me luck and I'll take pics of the cards before the class. It's so exciting!!!!

Here's a little set I made up just for fun. Little gift cards with a purse. Now that I look at the pic,just thought,I'm going to add color to the cards. They're just too plain that way.

Here is a close up of the little purse or gift bag,whatever you want to call it. Could make a great Mother's Day Set or the same idea for Easter and put some little choc eggs in there...There's an idea!

So Gavin and his team lost today's game,so they are out of the tournament. It was an exciting game though and the main thing is that they gave it their best! Way to go boys and girls!!!

Here's our little man Gavin!!! Actually he's not little but he's our hockey star! They won the game this morning 6-2 and Gavin made 1 goal!!! So proud of him!

So the next game is at 4 and apparently the team they are playing against has never lost a game yet...yikes!!! If they lose,they will be out of the tournament,sure hope they win!!!

We have a busy weekend with Hockey this weekend,our Godson from out of town is having a tournament here in town. So we'll be at all his games,we had 2 today and there's one at 8am on saturday,so let's hope they win. Today they won the 1st game 7-0 and this afternoon they lost 6-5. He's 8 and not to brag...but he's realllllllyyyyyy good!!! We're so proud of him!

Well the weekend is almost here again!

No I didn't color this image...wish I colored that nicely! It was from the Katie fund raising kit.
The pic isn't the best,the brown looks like black,but it is really brown. I didn't put a sentiment on it cause I might use it for Easter or a Get well card.

Not sure what I'll be doing today,it's one of those days that I just want to stay in my PJ's and do nothing! We'll see!

Hi there! Hope your week is going well,I had a couple of rough days but I'm much better today.
I had made this Sympathy card a few days ago when I was on a card making spree,lol.
No one likes to make these cards but it seems when I need one,I don't have one already made. So now I do.

I used the SU Thanks for caring stamp set,embossed the sentiment and the butterfly in white and used a nestie and the paper is I don't know from where,lol.

Happy Valentine Day Everyone!!1

I'm probably the only blogger without a V Card today! I didn't make tons of them,so I can't post them if I don't have them right. So instead,I'm posting this card.
I punched out some stars with my SU punch and used the Background Basics (star) stamp for the bg and the sentiment is also SU from All Year Cheer. Really easy with Dusty Durango.
You must of noticed all the SU product I've been using lately.
Well I decided to buy the starter kit which hasn't arrived yet,but I do have alot of SU product which I have bought over the yrs and rec'd alot of product from contests and friends. And so lately I've done alot of thinking and decided to try it. I don't know how far this will go,but I'll take one month at a time see if I like it. I love their product,I love making cards and I love people,so I hope to do well.

Doesn't mean I won't use any other product,cause I have tons of that too,lol! So I have to and love to use it. So until next time my friends...

Hey everyone! Today I get to play all day,well until about 3 and I've been at it since 9,so it's really lots of time. I made my Hubby's Valentine as an easel card (one of my favorites).

Used some male scraps in black and the red is i believe riding hood red from SU. I also used the Heart sisixx from SU to make my wh & red hearts and the sentiment is from Short & Sweet and I did the background of the cs with the heart from the same set. Added 2 brads and voila,I'm sure he'll love it! He's one of my favourite fans,hehe!

Second post of the day! I made some more B'day cards yesterday and these are 2 of them. The paper is from a photo mat papers which I bought at Michael's for .74 cents (yay bargain) and I used SU's melon mambo cs and some B'day sentiments.

DH is planning to go snowmobiling tomorrow,so you know what that means for me...stamping time!!!!!
So for this afternoon,I'll be cleaning my mess from yesterday so I can make another mess tomorrow,lol! Until tomorrow! Have fun creating!

This is the other card we made a SU class the other night,a heart filled with Smarties,yummy!
And I forget what the stamp set is called but it was really easy to make and makes a cute V card!

I was really busy making cards yesterday,they are all simple and easy so I ended making 5 of them and made a little purse too.
Had a great crafting day but now I must pick up some of the mess,but heck why...it's only get messy again today right!

Sponged presto paper and a B'day surprise!

Look at the beautiful card we made at class yesterday!
I just LOVE it! We sponged diff colors on the SU presto paper,which I didn't know anything about. I'm glad she showed me this technique,I think I will use it often.
Thanks Paulette! And we also made a Valentine card which I will show later on.

Look at what my SU demo gave me for my B'day!!! Isn't she too kind,I was so happy and touched when she gave me this at yesterday's class! Thanks Paulette! You're a sweetie!

It'll be great for some xmas cards,maybe I can get started early.

My little China girl

Happy wednesday! Already!

So how do you like this little china girl?
(It's a kit I bought with some of these images and papers)Shhhhh!!!! I need stuff like that to make quick cards,and it sure works,I made 3 cards yesterday afternoon in less than an hour.
Works for me!!!

Yesterday was Tops meeting night,I gained a bit.
I've been having a hard time losing since xmas,I overate the sweet stuff and gained 9 pounds. Now I'm having a heck of a time to get rid of it.
I bought a walking workout dvd which I really enjoy and DH moved the treadmill in front of the TV,so now I have no more excuses! I just finished a mile walk on the treadmill and the workout.
So that's a total of 3 miles,it's plenty for me,my belly (scar) can only take so much.
Anyways,this was the card I gave for last week's best loser,she found it really cute!

This afternoon...a bit of housework,a bit of card making maybe and my turn to cook dinner. So it's pork chops in the oven with some boiled veggies and some potatoes. Doesn't sound too yummy does it,but we like it simple and not too fattening,so it'll be good,lol.

So my day was very special yesterday. First off,it was my 1st b'day with my new organ,I was so busy answering the phone that I would of needed a secretary,lol,and on Facebook...holy moly,so many Wishes!!! Another b'day card for my Tops Peeps,and I'm celebrating my B'day today! DHspoiled me again with gift cards and is taking me out for dinner and I want to go to Montana's for their rotisserie chicken,yummy.

It is a Celebration indeed,without my donor,I don't even know if I'd still be here or not. So it is one B'day that I won't forget and many more to come!!!

A 10 min card,love it!

It's already saturday afternoon! Not much happening here...got some stew in the crockpot going on,went for a coffee at Tim's with some friends and DH,came back home and making some B'day cards for my Tops peeps.
I have 8 of them having B'days this month,so I'm going to make them simple & easy cards.

This one is really simple,only took 10 mins. Used some SU crushed curry cs,embossed it with the flower folder,used a MS heart border punch and The sentiment is also stamped in Crushed curry from the Oval All set mounted on a piece of scrap. VOILA! One down,7 more to go.

So I'm off to make more cards! Have a great weekend!

Happy Thursday everyone!
Gee,where does the time go!!! Well these are cards I made some cards 2 days ago and yesterday I spent the day rearanging and re organizing my stamp room. I have soooo many punches and not enough room,so dear DH added a shelf below my ribbon racks on the wall so I got to fit 34 of my punches. He'll get me another shelf and will have to cut it to make smaller shelves to put on another wall. I'll get it figured out.
I think we just need to move and get me a really big stamp room,that'll fix my problems,lol!!!!

As for the cards,it was to use some cs and some scraps (which I have tons of) and I was just having fun.

A butterfly set

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful monday! Mine was great,I started an exercise workout which is pretty easy but yet is enough for me at this time. It's actually a walking video which has stretching exercises with a band. Right now I'll do the 1/2 hr workout and when I feel up to it,will do the hour one. I owe it to myself and my donor to stay fit,it's been 6 months now,so no more excuses for not exercising.

I CLICKED TOO QUICK ,INSTEAD OF CLICKING POST OPTION,I CLICKED PUBLISH...OH WELL,JUST PRETEND YOU'RE READING TOMORROW IF YOU ARE READING TONIGHT,LOL!

Now on to my little gift box and card...I rec'd Blossoms & Butterflies dp pack from CHRIS when I came back from my tx with so much more toys!!!!! Thanks again Sweetie! You should go visit her blog,she's so talented!!!
So I used SU-Flight of butterfly for a bg on the cs and then just matted the beautiful dp on the pink,added a ribbon with a heart pin. And as for the box,a pack of gum fits right in there if you slant it,so it'll be a perfect little gift set for a Tops Pal. The box is from my Big Shot Die which I adore like Chris told me I would!

So now I'm off for my bloodwork,then when I come back,I'll do my walking workout and then breakfast,a little bit of housework and then play some more.!

6 Month Anniversary!

Hi friends,today is a Very Special Day for me! Today is my 6 month anniversary post transplant!!! I can't believe it! My DH and I relived the whole journey since the 29th,which was when I got the call and then flown to the hospital which is a 10 hr drive (in a car) and then waited til the 30th at 7:30 pm to get into the OR to get everything started. So as of this morning the 31 st at 5:30 am,I have had my new liver!!!!
I AM SO GREATFUL TO THE DONOR AND HIS OR HER FAMILY for giving me the GIFT OF LIFE! I am sobbing as I type this,one cannot imagine what it is until you go through this. I thought after I get my new liver our lives will be so wonderful!!!! In many ways it is but in other ways,it is still hard.
Anyways,I don't want to bore you with this,but my card today,the sentiment is with my donor in my mind and the Smile sentiment is for me...I can't smile enough for having this gift!!!

Happy Sunday! Oh I slept sooo good last night,I feel great this morning! Don't know what I'll be doing today but it's defenitely not house work! There's a beautiful sunshine coming in so I might just go out there and meet Mr. Sun!

Like I said yesterday,I was going to play,well this is one of the cards I made. It was pretty easy though cause the image is precolored,one which was in the whole bunch of digis when you helped Katie HERE if it interests you to check it out.
You get tons of beautiful images and at the same time helping a fabulous blogger in need!

I used the square nestie and MS iron gate punch edge and border at the top right and some SU punches for the xoxo and then added some retro flowers with half pearls.
Easy and cute!!!

I made a couple of more which I will post this week. I love it when I can spend more than an hour in my stamp room! But I noticed the longer I play,the bigger the mess!!! Guess I should clean up a bit today,lol!

Good day my friends! Hope you are all enjoying your saturday! I couldn't sleep so I thought I'd come and post early since I got to play yesterday.
I made a couple of cards and this is one of them.

I don't know what the image is,it was a gift from Bonnie a while back. Thanks again sweetie,I love it even though I haven't used often,she is so cute!
So I got this sheet of dp yest at Michaels for .29cents and wanted to use it right away so away I went and ended up with this card.
I paper pieced her little sweater and hair bow,used a couple of nesties,hard to see but the black cs is embossed with a SU folder and added some retro flower punches with glossy dots I made for the center of the flower and added some SU corner punches.No sentiment yet,will add it when I use it.

Here's the other project we made at Big Shot Class on wednesday. A little envie filled with 2 hearts and some velevt paper,it's so cute,oh and we used a wheel,not sure what cartridge though.

Had to make a card to post so you don't think I fell off the face of the earth,is that how the saying goes?
I haven't posted in awhile,bad me! Still working on the Tops layout when I can,and other things,so I just didn't create any cards.

Well I was visiting Jeanette's blog @ Happy Thoughts & Inkspots,she does beautiful work! And she had a tutorial on a Double fold pocket card which is her fav type of card. Well my hat goes off to you Jeanette because I found this one quite the challenge but your tutorial was excellent so I managed to make this card ! I only made one tag and put a Sentiment in the back of it,used nestie label ten and the stamp is from Michaels. It's a card I could use for any occasion really.
I like the fold too Jeanette but it's not a fast card for me,lol.

Well,I'm off to clean my messy table,then dinner,then off to play at Paulette (SU demo) for a couple hrs. Wonder what we're going to make with the Big Shot tonight????

Happy hump day everyone!

Hope you are enjoying your day so far,I am off to meet my sis-in-law for a coffee date at Tim's. We haven't done that in over a year I think. So should be fun.

I really like my card today,not often I say that,lol!
I love seeing lots of layers and hadn't made one in a long time,so here it is.
Too bad you can't really see it,but the wh cs is embossed with beautiful leaves (bought) and then I used some nesties and a dollie and added the sentiment over the dollie. Used some of left overs for some punched flowers and added a ribbon.
It's all SU product except for the MS dollie and the ribbon from Michael's.

Hello dear friends! Hope your monday was a good one!
Mine was ok,worked on some scrapbooking pages for the Tops group. They asked me if I would redo some old albums which they had,don't mean to sound mean but what a mess.
Whoever had done them had used pattern scissors and cut the pics so small,all kinds of shapes and sizes...so I'm trying to do my best. With embellies and colors,it looks better. But now as long as I can,I will do them as the occasions occur.
Some of these pics are as back as 1985! Oh well,it'll be a long process but I'll getter done!

On to my card for today,so specific reason,just an image I felt like playing with. Didn't add any sentiment either.Used some nesties and punches and that's about it. Now that I look at it,
I should of added some pearls or bling where the 3 loops are on the nestie,maybe I will.

What???? A Christmas card????

I bought some card kits for the first time from
Craftwork Cards. They had a special on some kits
so I thought I'd try that for when I need some easy cards. This is a xmas kit and I also bought 3 other smaller kits which are Goody Bags. Pretty interesting,I'll have to make more!
So below is the first card I made with sample in the kit...the pic doesnt show the sentiment,but it does say Happy Christmas in silver,which are ovals in the kit,and I added some more flowers and MS branch punch in burgundy and a MS border punch. Of course I had to use punches,lol!!!

This is what I made from the kit,they had a template to make the bigger flower,but I had to make petal after petal. Sure isn't a mass productive card but I like how it turned out.

I didn't send any xmas cards this year as I hadn't enough and didn't have the capacity to make some. So every now and then I'll make some from this kit and get ahead of the game for 2011.

Friendship=Happy Heart

I got to play yet again today,this is wonderful lately. My DH is making dinner and so I get to stay in my scraproom
trying to get some mojo back.

For my card I used SU's Friendship Blooms set in elegant plant colors and I also used the Sketch from Stamping 411,which you could play HERE.

I must start using some of my old sets,I buy and buy and some of them have never been inked! That's terrible,but I'm sure I'm not the only one huh!!!!

The weather is really cold,-28,so I'm def staying in and playing while hubby is watching his car shows,that way we're both happy,lol!

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend,Sunday is already here. Weekends sure do go by quick don't they!
We went to a hockey game of our 8 yr old Godson,they are so precious!He didn't make a goal,but he played exceptionally well! And they won!

Today's card is another easy peasy for my stash. I wanted to play but just no mojo,so I went the easy route. I tried coloring some images,they looked awful,I tried diff sets,that didn't work either,so then I put everything away.
Maybe I need to take a brake,the last couple of days have been blah days,need to get some positive thinking going on!

Hopefull it'll be a better day today! If not,there's always tomorrow! Have a great one my friends!

Now on to my cardsss. These are the cards we made the other night at SU class.I really like the bit of ribbon on the brown card,great way to use your pieces of ribbon. The bottom bl & wh is (oh shoot I forget the techniche) reverse something.
And the bl & red is simple but yet elegant I find.

It was fun and I got the new mini and now I want more stuff. This hobby is soooooo addictive!!!
But I love it!

It's friday again? My oh my,there's just not enough time in a day is there?

Well today's card is not one of my favorite. I just didn't know where I was going with this card. I sponged some grey ink on the medallion and the corner punches as well as the sentiment. The rest is pretty explanatory.
I never have any sympathy cards on hand,so I thought this would work for the occasion when needed.

Last night I worked on some little cards (free weigh ins) for TOPS which they give out for B'days and monthly awards. So that took up all of my evening,i made them like a business card adding some titles using all scraps.

Good evening friends,I just realized that it's 7pm and I haven't posted today. This is one I made the other day,kinda interesting,I used a MS heart punch and put a ribbon through,the one in the middle is a nestie. The paper has glitter on it which you can't see very well from the pic and I used again a MS punch for the top of the dp,mounted it on just white cs again punched at the bottom and mounted it on pink cs.
I also used the little hearts from the bottom punch and glued them on the dp.

Hope you all had a wonderful day! Mine was strange,didn't get much done,guess I was too lazy,I did manage to make a soup and some diet pizza I call it,pita bread with pizza sauce and veggies and I through some left over ham. Not bad,not fattening,lol!

I made a very different card ...a pocket card. I really like how it turned out,it's not for any occasion,the sentiment says From me to You...it'll go in my stash.

But as I was blogging,I found a Challenge which I could enter my card in,which is OOH LA LA CREATIONS,the Challenge is Bling it on. I think this qualifies,I've got the bling on the butterflies,on the pocket and on the message piece.
I'll have to use this kind of card more often to have a variety.

B'day wish for Bugaboo Challenge

Like I was saying the other day,I'm in need of B'day cards for my stash,so here's another one.

I get to enter this one in the Bugaboo Challenge which is Emboss It...I embossed the background with the Happy B'day CB folder and also did the same with the striped paper which you can hardly see.The cute image was a freebie image from Bugaboo Stamps,I used a nestabilitie and then mounted it on another dp nestie,added a SU ribbon and the tiny sentiment is also from SU.
Voila another B'day is born!

No sunshine today,I was getting used to it,we had it 3 days in a row. We feel so blah when the sun doesn't shine don't we! Oh well,I'll just have to make without it,cause it ain't coming out.
