Cards for our french little people

These 3 lovely cards (well I think so anyways,lol) are for 2 of our nieces and a nephew in Quebec. We don't get to see them often because they live so far away,so now that they are settled back in school I thought I'd send them a little card just to say hello and that we are thinking of them.

I was busy this weekend making cards,I really enjoyed it! And tomorrow,Shannon and I are getting together to make cards,looking forward to that!

Yet another Tilda card

You guys must be wondering why I'm making all these summer cards with fall almost here. Well I had rec'd a bunch of images and colored a few last weekend,so this week,I put them on cards.
I had made one of these before but had her standing up,when I realized Tilda is lying in the grass! So this time around she is positioned right,lol.

I had this fun colorful ribbon which I hadn't got to use yet,so I thought it matches the colors in my image perfectly. Don't know if you can see it,but I used a CB for the bg of the card.

It feels funny to be home for the weekend,cuz usually we're at the camp. I got some cleaning done yesterday,yuck! So today I get to play ALL DAY!!!! Hurray!!!!

Tilda picking flowers!

Even though the flower season is done for us up North,I made this card with Tilda picking flowers. I wish I had all the Tildas,I'm in love with them,they are so much fun to color. It reminds me of when I was a child,I used to color all the time,I still enjoy it!

I added some Stampendous butterfly stickers and some border stickers to add a golden touch.

My SIL has come home today!!!!!! Tasha (her daughter) just couldn't wait,they will have one happy weekend. Even though they won't be doing much,at least they will be cuddling together all weekend and Tasha will be her Mom's little nurse!

A card and some Happy Mail!

The first card is an image I rec'd in a swap,she is so funny!!!! I'm going to send this one to someone that is super happy right now! I think she needs to celebrate,perfect card right!!!

And the beautifjl Faith & Hope card is from Deborah at Stampin on the Mountain. She's one amazing individual which I have met through blog land and we have a health issue in common,don't think it's a good thing,but God made things happen that we meet at this time in our lives. Boy HE sure knows what he's doing!!!!

Happy Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday with Sara Kay! I adore this image,reminds me of my nieces when they we're little. Now they are all grown up with kids of their own. Oh my,that makes me feel old...no it doesn't,I enjoy them all,and love being with them.

I left a space at the top because I don't know what sentiment I will put. I can use this card for many occasions,so I will put it in my stack and I'm sure I'll find the right person to give it to.

Update on my SIL & a card!

White is not good for a Halloween card! Live and learn,it was my first year making halloween cards. Let's just say i'm experiencing,lol. I think maybe yellow would of been better.

On a happier note...my SIL is suppose to come out of the hospital on friday!!!!! We are off to visit her tomorrow (wed),poor girl,she's been in the hospital since Aug 17th. Her daughter misses her so much!!! She only gets to see her on sat and sun.

For those of you that have been following this story,the tear on her heart has healed on it's own,and as for the blocked artery,doctors say that they will wait to see what happens with that.
Apparently it is a secondary one therefore she can live that way very comfortably so they say.

So again,please keep her in your prayers that she continue to heal and Thank You for all your thoughts and prayers from the beginning!!! Bless you all!!!

Sweet ebony!!

I colored a few images at the camp last weekend and here is one of them.
Isn't she cute,well I think so anyways,lol. I used a CB for the card bg and added a few layers.
Sweet ebony is just a darling,I rec'd her from someone,and am ashamed to say,I don't remember who...isn't that terrible. So whoever it is,Thanks so much!
Hope you like her too! I found some halloween ribbon which i had bought on sale last year,so i'm off to make a card,so check back tomorrow,i'll post it for sure!!
