B'day wishes

Another super sunny day,but cold.But as long as the sun is shining,it's a perfect day!!

I had such a productive morning,love it! I swept and vacuum really good,then washed all my floors. It might sound like lots,but it isn't,we have a small 2 bedroom apt.Also cleaned my bathroom,my monthly good cleanup I call it.
Ahhhh,it smells good! And feels great!

Now for my card,I'm in need of B'day cards,so this is one of them I made yesterday. The cupcakes is from EKSuccess punch,the papers are from last yrs KCCompany Valentine pack,I added the sentiment on one of the Fancy Tags Nesties on the bow. Oh I also added some pearls on the cupcake punch and did some doodling around the card.

Happy Sunday Everyone!
Hope it's as sunny in your neighbourhood as it is in ours! Hubby wanted to veg and watch TV,so I took advantage to play.

I made a card for my Favorite Man,it sure looks like a Valentine card,but it's a just because card...
I feel mushy and thought I'd leave this on his desk tonight and he will get it first thing on Monday morning. He has a yucky week ahead so I thought I'd brighten his monday.

It was a recycled card top which I rec'd in the hospital (the 4 hearts)matted on black and I heat embossed the row of gold hearts on the side,then punched the side with the MS heart lace punch. And matted all that on the red cs. I'm sure he will adore,he's my favorite fan,lol! Oh,and the red punched heart in the middle is to cover a booboo which I made,but you can't see that right,so neither will he.

So I now have a couple of cards to post with my busy afternoon. I enjoyed myself so much,the only thing missing was being in my PJ's. I got all showered and dressed thinking we we're going to do something cause that is usually our routine on sundays. But hey,I enjoyed my day so much! Hope you did the same!

Easy peasy Calendar

I made a calendar which I copied from France at Stamp & Scrap with Frenchie. If you haven't visited her blog,please do,she does beautiful work and has great tutorials! Thanks France!

She used a new stamp set from SU which I didn't have so I just used different stamps to make my own. I liked how it turned out and had fun making it!

THANKS NAT!!!!

I am jumping with joy today!!!! Last night I rec'd an email from my niece Nat,saying that as of today my Driver's License was reinstated!!!

I have been fighting with the Ministry of Transport since I've been back from my transplant to get my license back. They we're saying they didn't rec enough infor on my health or they hadn't rec'd the documents...blah blah blah.

So my niece works for the Goverment and so she said she could help me,well she sure did,within 3 weeks all is fixed!!! THANKS NAT!!!!

To Thank her,I made this card,cause she looks as cool as this Bella and I will be giving her some Sucre a la Creme (fudge) and a gift card of her favorite store. I hope she likes the card!

So in the spring I'll be able to drive my mustang....CAN'T WAIT!!!!! COME ON SPRING!!!!

Anything Goes Challenge

Oh it's so nice to get back into a routine isn't it!

I did a bit of house cleaning and got to play,
Hurray!

This card isn't for anything special but will be nice to have on hand. The image is from Bugaboo Stamps,I printed fairly big cause it's just so cute.
I added the sentiment on the clay pot and also some bling to match her bow.
I'm entering it in the Bugaboo Challenge which is Anything Goes.

Tonight I go and face the scale at Tops...oooohhh
I'm not anxious,but it's ok. It was delicious and now I just have to work at taking off the pounds put on.Enjoy the rest of the day!

Another fast card

Hi everyone,I'm trying to get back into some kind of a routine. We had my DH's family that we're here for 10 days,we we're both sick with a cold and now they are all gone and we're feeling pretty good,so time to get back on track!

I used the other half of my Blue Bayou cs and the embossing folder is from SU,one of my new tag nestie and the butterflies are brads I got at Michael's for 1/2 price.
Added a couple of mini pearls on the tag and voila!

Now if I can get to visit some of you and get into a couple of challenges,maybe I'll get some cards done.

Well the New Year is HERE!
I can't believe it,time just flies by when you're having fun doesnt!.
Hope you all had fun ringing in 2011,we sure did,we went to one of my brother's place and they had my side of the family and her side of the family. So we saw people we don't see often,we yacked,they drank,we ate and had lots of fun!
Hope you did the same except maybe a little dancing in there would of been fun!

On to my first post of the year and wishing one of many.
I used SU Blue Bayou CS,the stamp set is from Inkadinkadoo
added a ribbon and a charm,added some little white glimmer flowers with a pearl (even though you can't see the glimmer)
and that's about it! Pretty simple and easy!
