Boo to You!

Well it's wednesday already,days are short and nights are long...when you can't sleep that is,lol.

So this is an image I rec'd from Wish Rak,I thought it would make a sweet Hallowe'en card.
I did say the other day I wasn't too much into Hallowe'en cards,but i've made 3 in a row.
Today I want to make some Nesties treat holders for a give away. I want to make 25 of them,so I hope to get a bunch done.

Beware of...

GHOSTS!!! Boo!!!

Here's another dollar fifty (for us Canadians) stamp from Mike's. The ghost one that is. The sentiment is from a package I had gotten at 75% off at the end of the season last year and so is the MS corner punch spider web and so are the little spiders I glued on the card,aren't they the cuttest!
Oh and I forgot the border punch too,I bought at 75% off last year,a girl's gotta get bargains!!!!

Another easy card but I like this one better than the previous one.

So the long weekend was sooooo long,as we couldn't go camping all summer it made EVERY WEEKEND so boring!!
And the bad weather didn't help either,at least if we could of gone in the bush,we could of gotten away from the job.As my husband's job is at the building,there is always someone calling or at the door. That is why it is important for us to get away. Oh well,maybe next year!

Hey Pumpkin!

Well the kidney infection seems to be gone. That is why I wasn't doing much,gee,that is tough on the back!!! Had antibiotics for a week,touch wood,it seems to be gone.

So I made an easy Hallowe'en card. Pretty cheesy,but cutsy too.

Today is a good day,yay! Got up early (for me) before 10,had breakfast,shower,went for a walk,went to Michael's to see what they had on sale. Got a few Halloween dollar stamps which this is one of them. So I hope to make more cards,just a few,I'm not a big hallowe'en freak.

Hope you are all having a great wednesday! I know I am and will take advantage of the good day as I don't get them often enough!!

Fast and simple

Here's another card for my stash.

It is still raining so what better to do then blog surf and try to create. This isn't the greatest card I've made but it was quick.

I have to start making Christmas cards,that'll come soon enough,maybe a couple of Halloween cards too.

I'm going to have to case someone's cards,cuz I have no mojo once again. Some many things to play with but nothing comes together.

One of those days I guess.
Well,tonight is Tops night,I have maintained my goal weight since May 5th,boy it is easy! It was easier to lose the weight than to maintain. But going to my weekly meetings sure helps me alot.

Life is so Precious

Calling for rain again tomorrow! What a surprise,lol! Ì guess last week was our summer.

So I had this Precious Moments image from WR and had colored her,so came up with this card. I`m sure I`ll use one day,one more for my stash.

Can you believe this is the last week of August. They say when you get older time goes by faster,boy is that true.

So enjoy each day to the fullest,you never know what tomorrow will bring.

Must go away to find some sun

My oldest brother and his wife have finally decided to take a trip next winter. It ll be their first time in the hot sun!
So I thought I d make them a card. I had the bikinibella image from a swap which i didnt get to use yet. I sponged some summer yellow to make a border,the dp is from Me & my big ideas which i got at Michaels for dirt cheap then used the scalloped nestie CB with the flowered folder,then the oval nestie for bella. Added some bling,one as a belly button ring,hehe,one on her bag and 3 on the oval image.

The sentiment was kinda big and was added at the end,I could of put it inside the card but i thought id stick it there.
I m sure they will love it.

Have a super day,here,the weather is still miserable. Feels like fall...already,and we didn t have any summer. Oh well theres always next year!

A wedding card

Someone asked me to make a wedding card with the colors bl,wh and silver.

I had no wedding images at all. So I came up with this card. I used nesties for the Love sentiment on white and mounted on black,I used a CB folder on the silver dp with a MS punch. I used a heart punch in bl & wh for the littel hearts with the couple's initials,and added a bl ribbon with 2 silver hearts.

So I told the lady if she didn't like it she didn't have to take it, she says are you crazy...that is one beautiful card!! They will "LOVE" it I'm sure.

So she was happy,made me happy!

Have a super duper weekend! I'm not feeling the greatest,having problems with a kidney infection and getting acid reflux attacks even though i have no more gall bladder. Take care of your livers cause when they don't work properly...it is no fun whatsoever!!!
