Today is Shannon's B'day! She is Tyrymom and for those of you who don't know,she is my niece.She's gone camping for the week,so it's ok for me to post her card,I will deliver her the card and a small gift on friday!

I've been in a weight loss group (TOPS) since last september and last night I hit the 30 pounds mark!!! I'm so proud because with my chronic fatigue it is hard for me to exercise. But i've been pretty good at watching what I eat,been cutting down on the good ol carbs and not eating after dinner and it seems to be working.
I have another 10 to 14 pounds to go to reach my goal,but the last pounds are so hard.
So COURTNEY and ALEX...any good tips for me????
