Which is to make a girly card,well,don't we all love to make those cards! I do anyways!
So I used one of the images I rec'd from Celine,Thanks again girl!!! I colored her dress in blue and added some waterfall glitter to her purse,belt and shoes and made her necklace out of baby blue pearl ex.
So she is all ready to Celebrate like the sentiment says!
Added some primas,blue ribbon from SU and some pink pearls in every corner.
I really like how it turned out,I love to embellish!!!
