A card for Inspiration & Motivation!

This is a card I made for someone as Inspiration for her to fit in a dress for a wedding she is attending in July. We we're chatting at our meeting on tuesday and she me told I had inspired her for reaching my goal in the condition I am in. I was flattered...me inspire someone? That is so cool! So I asked her discretly what color her dress was and she said it was blue & yellow. I told her,take it out,hang it where you can see it,it'll motivate you even more.

Than I thought of the Blooming with happiness set,so I came up with this.

I think she'll like it and she can look at it everyday until the wedding,hopefully it will help her!

I stamped the image with Azure StazOn and colored the flowers and added liquid pearl (white opal) on each flower on the card and the butterflies.The border punch is from Fiskars.

Enjoy the rest of the day,I am waiting for laundry to dry than I am going to attempt a short walk.

A fun evening with our niece EMILY!

We had a great time with our 2 year old niece last night. Went for dinner,then off to feed the ducks,played at the park and then we went to see some animals (Bambi like Emily calls them).

We really enjoyed our evening,I even went down the slide,it's awesome how kids make you feel young again!

I asked her,how come you're so smart...she says,cause I'm a little genius! Lol! The funny thing is,she is a little genius!

I couldn't walk in these!

Well I got a couple of cards made today. It's cloudy and miserable out there,so what better things to do than cards right. I had this paper in my scrap pile which I really like and found an old Michael's stamp which I think I had used once,so I used them with my new nestie. I put black stickles on the sandal,put ribbon through the border punch and added primas with pearls and the sentiment is from SU Happy Harmony!

Haven't been there in awhile,I'll just walk longer tomorrow to work it off,lol!

Daisybella!

My goodness,I can't believe I made a card! I thought,I'd better get something done in order to get some of my friends to stop by. I've been terrible lately,
no posting,no walking,lots of sleeping though.
So we still didn't get a phone for the camp,we might get one for next weekend,if so,we'll get to go away for the weekend.

It's not the greatest card,just have no mojo whatsoever,but I used Daisybella,I enjoy this image,cause you can use for so many occasions. I left it with no sentiment,so I can decide what to put on there when I do use.

No big plans for the weekend,calling for rain here tomorrow,so maybe I'll try another shot at making a card.

Sorry for not posting lately,been really tired,just no energy lately. So I'm not surfing much and haven't been creating what so ever,sorry! Hopefully I'll be able to get in the swing of things soon. Camping season is upon us once again and hubby really wants to go,but until we can get a phone that'll work out there,we won't be able to go. We are looking into getting one of those old "bag phones" apparently they are about the only thing that'll work. Otherwise the tx team won't be able to reach me if a donor becomes available and I don't want to miss my chance. Hopefully it'll happen soon! This is getting so discouraging!

I love strawberries!

Happy friday! It always seems like it's Monday and then Friday. Where do the other days go?

Yesterday was a busy day,I helped my DH clean an apt which the tenants moved out on a short notice. You can just imagine what it looked like! I can't imagine people being so filthy like that!

Oh well,I got my workout doing it,boy I have muscles I didn't know I had,cuz I sure was in pain today,lol!

Today I went for a quick 1/2 hr walk,came back just in time before it started pouring rain!

On with the card,I had rec'd these images from wish rak so I thought it would make a great card for my weight club buddies. It's healthy food and the sentiment sort of goes with it.

A card at last

It's thursday night already! Where did the week go???

Well I finally made a card,and I have alot of learning to do when it comes to stamping flowers. Is there enough embellishments on there,lol! I just didn't know where I was going with this card.

I wanted to make a card with some of the candy I won from Chris,so I used the Botanical Blooms SU set and one of the hardware thingies and some nesties and pearls and butterflies.

Such a busy card,oh well,practice makes perfect so I have alot of practising to do,lol. Also,the pics aren't the best,it was too dark,but I really wanted to post.

Anyhow! The Courage Angel I rec'd was from my DH,AWWWWWW!!!! He gave it to me after I reached my goal,he knows I will need plenty of courage and dedication to keep it up! He supports me greatly with my weight loss and I so appreciate it.

I FINALLY DID IT!!!!!!!

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day! Sorry I still don't have anything to show,just not happening lately. I've been having alot of problems sleeping again,so I sleep when I can. It kinda messes all my days up,and it's been nice out so I try to go for a walk everyday!

But I do have GREAT NEWS!!! Yesterday was weign in night and I finally achieved my goal!!!
I have lost 38 pounds total,it's been a struggle since Sept. 07 but I finally did it! My TOPS peeps we're so happy for me,it was wonderful to feel the love and encouragement from all of them!
So now I am to be an example to all of them and Keep Off Pounds Sensibly. I am a KOPS which stands for Keep Off Pounds Sensibly,some of the ladies have been KOPS for 18 years. Now that is an accomplishment.

So I leave you with that and hope to create a card real soon! Thanks for popping in for those of you who do!

What a wonderful Friday!

Wow! What a wonderful day! First I spent the morning and lunch with my Sis and Niece and her 2 sons. We went shopping,went for coffee and then for lunch. Then they dropped me home at 1:30 and there was a box waiting for me...I rec'd some candy I had won from CHRIS,OMG!!

Look at it all!!!! I can't believe it!!!! Two SU stamps sets which are just simply beautiful,a sissix tag maker,some SU ribbon,some bling,a SU little leaves,some Verve Visual ribbon and a stunning SU Hodgepodge Hardware set and A Gorgeous Card!

I was stunned when I opened the box!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH CHRIS!!!!
