A card for a swap

Here is a card for a local swap I'm in. We had to make 3 spring cards with med grey,light blue & ivory colors. I had this Angel Heart Seeds stamp from High Hopes.Please tell me it's ok for a spring card...cuz if not I'll have to think of something else. I heat embossed the Delight in life sentiment and flowers from SU in soft blue,used a corner punch which I love and added a heart brad to finish off the corner!

Happy Day!

Hello everyone! Today is a good day for me,I had
lots of sleep last night,yay!!! I helped my DH cleaning in the building we take care of,I went to visit my old co-workers. I went to our local scrap store,being the honest person that I am,she had charged me .16 cents instead of $16.00 for a stamp,so I went to pay her the diff. She was so happy! And then I stopped at our Tim's Coffee Shop to buy a $50.00 card . I am getting ready for when I get my transplant,I'm saving my loose change and everytime I accumulate $50. I'll buy some type of restaurant card for my husband to use. After the transplant I will be 12 hours away from home and will be there 4 to 6 weeks after the surgery. This won't be happening til next year,but hey,gotta get ready cuz it can happen sooner than later.
Ayways enough boring you with this. I like this card with all the bright colors. The stamp is from Stampendous,I colored with my SU markers,added stickles on the cupcakes,few brads and put the sentiment on oval punch. TADA!!!

A masculine challenge at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps!

Masculine cards are so hard for me to make,cuz I don't have any man stuff,lol.
So Korin at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is having a challenge to make a "Man" card.
So my man loves chocolate cake or any choc for that matter,so I used a Happy B'day sentiment,added some brads and that's all I could come up with. I'm going to have to come up with better cards than that! I'll work on it,lol.

Lucky Duck!

This is a Lucky Duck from the Pond Pals from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I tried to water color the pond,but as you see,I need a LOT of practice!!

I added some stickles to the dragon fly and now that I look at the picture,I should of done the cat tails with fun flock,oh well, maybe next time.
